I discovered "Daylight In Your Eyes" for No Angels. I helped shape Schiller’s sound. I signed DJ Tomekk. I took Booka Shade global. I supported Rosenstolz, Sono, Zombie Nation – whose track became a stadium anthem around the world. And I worked just as closely with independent artists like Pohlmann or Soffy O. a.m.m.

I was Head of A&R at Universal, Polydor, Virgin. Later, I became Managing Director at the globally successful Get Physical Label.

I’ve celebrated gold and platinum records – but I also know how it feels when a song isn’t working, when you hit a wall, or when the spark just isn’t there.
